#SSLifestyle : Keli's Workout Plan

 First things first... I HATE working out.  Intentionally putting myself through discomfort does not sound like fun, but if I want my butt to look nicer and my abs to be flat, it's a necessary evil.

One of my New Year's resolutions was to commit to daily exercise of at least 30 minutes.  Unlike some of my other resolutions, this one I have been able to keep thanks to two apps: FitStar Personal Trainer and FitStar Yoga.  With each app, you are given an initial assessment and provided workouts based on your physical level.  Score!  For someone who hasn't seriously stuck to a workout plan since High School Track & Field, these apps are amazing and will have my big butt fitting into a size 8 again in no time.

In addition to daily exercise, I have also been eating healthier by increasing my veggies and water intake, limiting dairy and gluten (to benefit my asthma specifically), and completely removing red meat and pork (except for bacon... bacon doesn't count).
